According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/pcd\/issues\/2014\/pdf\/13_0390.pdf\" aria-label=\"Visit CDC Page\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CDC<\/a>, pumpkins fall between broccoli and brussel sprouts for their nutrient density score. Good nutrition and a balanced diet will keep your eyes healthy.<\/p>\n<p>Be wary of that extra sugar! You won\u2019t get the same benefits from that pumpkin latte or slice of pie, unfortunately.
