il y a 7 ansWithin two weeks of getting my glasses, a nose pad fell off due to the screw falling out. If you read the reviews, this problem is really commonplace for these frames. I also found that the vision provided from these glasses isn't as good as a similar pair I ordered from Zenni. Fashionable, but not quality.

I am attempting to have a new nose pad sent to me from Zenni: this opportunity to find out about customer service wasn't one I was expecting to have this soon, but I hope that they will do right.

Zenni has a new long time customer! At these prices I can have a few pairs each year!
