Love theses Frames
il y a 5 ansI have 2 pairs of theses and just ordered another Brown . I have a pair of black also, I wish they didn't discontinue that color
Frames fit great, Feel great on my face and dont slip really like the nose clips Not a big fan of the thick plastic that most glasses put on their frames for the nose

Very Poor Quality
il y a 5 ansDon't buy this frame, made with poor material, often slips from nose. The nose support itself a poor quality plastic.

The detachable plastic nose piece is uncomfortable and flimsy
il y a 5 ansI use these as emergency glasses only--I can't wear them long before they just become entirely too uncomfortable. I like the size and shape--but the plastic nose piece wiggles, falls off easily while cleaning, and is surprisingly difficult to reattach. The nose piece has a rough texture and eats into my nose.

Good looking, but the frame is brittle and hard to repair
il y a 5 ansI've had these glasses for a little less than 9 months. They were my favorite and I wore them daily. They fit me a little loosely, but it didn't bother me as I spend most of my time in front of a computer anyway.
Unfortunately about a week ago the rubber/silicone nose bridge started tearing and came apart (pic below). After contacting Zenni Optical's customer support I was told that the warranty period of 1 month is expired and I am out of options. Zenni did not offer to have them shipped for repairs or send a replacement part to me. I would have been happy to pay for all of it, as I liked them a lot. I was able to find the replacement piece on eBay for a little over $13 after a lot of searching. Not knowing if it was going to be an exact fit for my frame and the fact that I'd have to wait a few weeks before it would arrive from China, I didn't want to risk it. Therefore I went to two large local glass repair shops. Neither of them had the part available and they were willing to either wait a month or so to have it shipped or try to be creative and adjust the frame, as they commonly do with older frame styles, to accommodate me. In their attempt to do so the frames broke and split apart. They said this is very uncommon and that it was an indication that the frame was brittle and made from cheap material. This is true, and to be expected, since I shop from Zenni because of the low price point.
Lessons learned:
1. Don't buy glasses that have the universal nose bridge silicone piece. They are impossible to repair unless you're willing to wait or take a risk.
2. Have a backup pair of RX glasses if you find yourself in my position
3. Don't expect anything out of Zenni if you're over the 30-day warranty
