I used to buy my glasses from America's best which I still use them for my prescriptions for their glasses are cheap and don't last these are perfect. Quality the thickness is even better than what I would get from anywhere else than you cannot meet the price this is my six or seven pair from them absolutely love zini

Best glasses I ever had I do Construction. I’m a plumber. I’m always cutting pipe grinding pipes and they have not had a scratch on them. I am amazed because they get dirty wipe right off first pair of glasses I ever had unless this long ever in my life and I bought some glasses from the eye doctors that cost me for $500. I’ll never buy a pair of glasses at the doctors again. These are my number one glasses. I bought two more pair now I have 30 boy can’t wait.

The hinge/connection is terrible quality

My wife and I buy our glasses from Zenni every year and have been happy with every pair thus far, with the exception of these. I've only had them for about 3 months and the hinge where it connects one of the arms is failing. When I open and close my glasses the whole frame feels like it's twisting/flexing and about to break. I tried adjusting the screws on that side to no avail. I've never not had a pair of glasses last until my next pair so I was surprised to find out the warranty is only 30 days.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to you regarding the pair of glasses I recently received from your site. I placed this order based on strong recommendations and accurately entered the exact prescription provided to me by my ophthalmologist. To my great disappointment and frustration, the glasses I received are entirely unusable, and I cannot see through them at all. This is a critical error in either the manufacturing or the optical assembly, a defective product that clearly does not match the prescription provided. I noticed that your site’s return policy states that refunds require returning the item via shipping at the customer's expense. I want to make it unequivocally clear: such a policy applies to buyers' remorse or subjective changes of heart, not to situations where your company fails to deliver and supplies a fundamentally flawed product. It is completely unreasonable to expect me to bear shipping costs, navigate return logistics, or spend my time and money rectifying a critical mistake made entirely on your end. I should not have to pay anything for a blunder that is 100% your responsibility. Therefore, I demand an immediate, full refund for the total amount paid for this transaction - including the original shipping fees - without any conditions, without requiring me to ship the item back at my expense, and without further delay.
