About 1/3rd of the wipes are dried out when you open the packets

Easily 1/3rd of the wipes from a full box are already dried out when opening the little foil packet they're "sealed" in. We have had this happen with two different boxes of these, purchased a couple of months apart from each other. Not really worth the expense when you don't get a full box of usable wipes.
