il y a 3 joursI am really disappointed with this product. This is the 1st pair of prescription sunglasses I've ever bought and I loved them all summer (I got them on June 1st, 2026) I was cleaning them TODAY with the included cleaning cloth and they literally snapped in half in my hand. This is my 5th pair of glasses from Zenni and I've never had them be this poor of quality. The fact that you have to purchase an extended warranty in order to make a claim on prescription lenses is insane to me. These cannot be fixed, and cost me almost $75. I don't know that I will ever purchase another set of glasses from Zenni.

Very cute, very fragile
il y a 9 joursThese glasses are-- were-- my wife's favorite pair. She has had them for 8.5 months and has been very careful of them (she never even used the folding feature; she's been very precious with them) and today she turned her head to look at something and her glasses suddenly snapped while sitting on her face. The little metal piece connecting one of the lenses to the nosepiece just snapped out of nowhere. She wasn't even touching the frames with her hands or anything, they just broke apropos of nothing. So so sad! I came to the site to check on warranty, and of course it's a measly 30 days for manufacturing defects like this and because she was so careful with them for these past months and the defect didn't show until now, we get no coverage. Only now do I find there's an extended warranty for separate purchase, but I didn't know about it back then. :( We're very sad. I just yesterday recommended Zenni to somebody because I've been a loyal customer for years... but this really put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll need to reach out and let my friend know my recommendation comes with a caveat, now, I guess.
