Glasses Didn’t Feel Right, and Zenni Blamed My Eyes
il y a 11 joursVery disappointed with my experience with Zenni. I ordered two pairs of glasses, but neither pair felt like they had the same prescription I’m currently wearing. I returned them because I could tell immediately that something was off.
Zenni inspected the glasses and told me they were made correctly, then suggested that my prescription must have changed and that I should see an eye doctor. The frustrating part is that I am currently wearing another pair with the same prescription without any issues. Two pairs actually that are FROM ZENNI.
I explained this to customer service, and while they eventually acknowledged that they shouldn’t assume my vision had changed, I still feel like my actual concern wasn’t properly addressed.
I expected better quality control and customer service. I would strongly recommend having the prescription and lens measurements thoroughly verified before dismissing the customer’s experience.
I’m so saddened about this… because I love their products and swore up and down to friends and family that they were best.
I hope this issue is made right.
