Cheap frames. Lost a screw on the arm.
il y a 4 moisThese frames are very thin and the arms wobble. I tried to tighten the screws but it doesn't help. I even lost a screw on my pair that are made to be sunglasses and can't find an optometry center that will repair the arm. I feel scammed. I've been a customer for almost a decade and this is the first time I've felt the frames were just cheaply made.

I had put off my prescription for two years because the cost even after insurance was obscene. She mentioned Zenni and their great pricing. The moment I jumped onto their website it was smooth sailing with the ease of navigating through. I was able to virtually try on many of the stylsh frames, upload my prescription and place my order. The best part of it all, I received my new glasses in under a week. It is all about Zenni from here on out.
