Colors Were Not Good
il y a 3 joursI am a long-time Zenni user and I have had really good experiences, this did not go well. I did not grab a picture, but the glasses arrived with a large white area on the left side of the frame. It made the frames look extremely uneven, like they were broken and a piece missing on the side of my face. When I called the customer service agent said that it depends on the manufacturing and how the colors lay out, but not one picture posted, or review, showed this much white within the frame. I was very disappointed. I was able to return, but I lost the birthday and other rewards that I had applied to the purchase so I now have store credit for a small amount and I cannot actually buy a replacement in a different frame. Unfortunate and definitely my worse experience with Zenni so far. My “good” deal turned into a waste of time. Be cautious with this frame, the coloring is beautiful but not necessarily what you will receive.

Nice frame and fit, prescription not quite right

il y a 2 moisThe frame was comfortable and just the right size! With a small tweak at the temples they fit like a glove. The tortoise shell design was just the right color profile that I like. Can’t beat the price!! Similar order would’ve easily been over $200-$300 in stores. Zenni made it happen for under $100!!!
