il y a 2 joursUnfortunately, I ended up making the hard decision to return this pair of glasses. I really liked them. The progressive lenses were great. But, the plastic temple arms were not able to be adjusted to my liking. I tried several times to adjust them according to Zenni suggestions, but nothing helped. I didn't want to chance breaking them, so I reached out for a return authorization. After 3 days, I finally got the information needed to return them for a refund. Due to the wait, I am concerned that I will not receive a refund, only a store credit. I mailed them the same day I received the label, which only gave 1 business day before the 14 days return period. I am still waiting to hear back from Zenni about my return.

il y a 8 joursThe “floral design” looks more like sloppy blotches of color, unfortunately. The arms of the glasses are also really uncomfortable behind my arms, digging in and rubbing frequently. The prescription was right but the product pictured is not the same as the product delivered.
