Theses frames fracture (see photos) at the bridge for no reason!
il y a 7 joursI ordered my first pair in July 2026. They fractured on August 2026. After a long, arduous conversation with the Zenni folks, they finally agreed to replace them at no cost to me (which is what they should have done without arguing with me and trying to shame me by suggesting that I, someone who has had glasses for 20 years, didn't know how to take care of them). The second pair arrived in late August 2026 and fractured AGAIN in October 2026 in the exact same place while I was wearing them! As much as I love these glasses and receive many compliments on them, I DO NOT recommend them.
This is Zenni's solution to this problem (after stating that they won't refund my money): "to help you restore your glasses without needing to purchase an entirely new pair, you can order a Replacement Frame (RF) #2023729 with non prescription lenses. This allows you to purchase just the frame at a lower cost and easily swap your existing, undamaged lenses right into it. You may exchange the lenses by yourself or have someone local help you."

il y a 13 joursEverything was so easy! I have social anxiety and have trouble doing things like trying on glasses in public. Being able to do it online was a huge perk. Ordering was super easy. Delivery was so fast! And the fit is perfect. The rainbow frames are awesome. I use these for everyday use including video conferencing, and everyone comments on how pretty they are.

I had to gift my first pair after not taking advantage of the scratch coverage add-on but I still use my 2nd pair for workouts and the 3rd pair for everyday usage. I'm so glad that Zenni came back out with this style. I receive compliments all the time about my glasses and it's an automatic smile upon my face because I know how good they look. Bonus because of the theme.
