Great frames but lab is inconsistent
il y a 2 joursThis is my 5th pair of glasses from Zenni. I originally got these frames in the large size but reorded the medium for a better fit. I love that they are good for strong prescriptions that necessitate thick lenses. Despite including instructions for the lab to polish the sides of the lenses (the same exact instructions I'd left for the previous four pairs), this was the first pair to come with lenses that were opaque white on the side. Customer service insisted that my instructions were followed, even after I sent them a picture of the obvious difference between these glasses and the last ones I ordered. I'm sending them back in the hopes that they are correctly polished this time, but it's disappointing that they don't have a standard for what it means to polish the sides of the lenses to a satin finish so that the thickness of the lenses isn't so obvious.
