8 months agoI recently got glasses ordered from my eye doctor. They forgot to add the anti-reflective to my lenses and wanted me to pay another $100 to fix it. I decided to try out Zenni instead and I am SO GLAD I did!! The customer service was excellent. I used the chat option to discuss the different options for lenses. I just wanted simple clear lenses with anti-reflective and they walked me through the options. I also have a very high prescription (-6.00 and -6.50) and they helped me chose the best lenses for that as well (I got 1.74 high index).
I was nervous ordering online for glasses, but they just came in today and they are perfect!!! There is no glare and the lenses are not bulky at all. I am so happy they answered my questions and I gave it a shot. I told my husband I will be ordering all of my glasses here from now on.

Too small they hurt my nose
10 months agoI’ve never had a problem with sizing but this time they’re too small. Every pair is too small like if they were all made wrong unfortunately.
