What is Zenni Rewards?

Zenni Rewards is our loyalty program that allows members to earn points and rewards for participating in actions and/or for making purchases. It’s free and easy to sign up! Members also have the ability to upgrade their tier status to unlock even more exclusive rewards and benefits.

Who is eligible to join the rewards program?

Zenni Rewards is free to join at any time to individuals who are:

Legal residents of the Canada (including its territories and possessions)
At least 18 years of age or older
Able to provide a valid email address to sign up

Once you become a Zenni Rewards member, your purchases will immediately start to earn points.

After I sign up for Zenni Rewards, can I get points for my past purchases?

Purchases made before signing up for Zenni Rewards will unfortunately not be eligible for points. Once you sign up for our rewards program, all of your purchases will start earning points as long as you’re logged into your Zenni account.

I was already a Zenni Rewards member, so what happened to my past purchases and tier status?

Rest assured we’ll keep your past purchase history and your tier status in our new rewards program. While you cannot earn points on your past purchases, you will start earning points immediately for every purchase you make going forward.

Do my Zenni Rewards expire?

Zenni Rewards points expire 12 months after they’re first received. If you reach a higher tier level, you will immediately be admitted to that membership status and retain that status for 12 months. The amount you spend over the 12 month period of your current tier level determines your membership tier for the next 12 months.

Do my loyalty program rewards and benefits have any cash value?

The rewards and benefits you earn through the Zenni Rewards program have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and carry no property rights.

Can I share my account, rewards and benefits with a friend?

No, you may not share or combine your program rewards or benefits. Only the member paying for the products and engaging with the brand may accumulate points, rewards, and benefits.

What am I agreeing to by joining?

By becoming a Zenni Rewards member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to the our website and Rewards Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Can the Zenni Rewards program be terminated?

Yes. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of Zenni Rewards at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect the value of points and/or rewards already accumulated or earned as well as the ability to redeem accumulated points, rewards, and benefits.
