Uncomfortable nosepads and way smaller than the size says
2 days agoThe nosepads are way to high and I lose the focus point in the glasses. I’ve tried to adjust them without luck. I will not be able to use them. My old frames are the same size but much more comfortable and not as small on my face.

Gorgeous Frames!
3 days agoThe entire Zenni experience has always been positive! I wish I had ordered a larger sized frame because I am not used to having to look directly at what I want to see. In my experience, a larger frame includes more room at the sides and bottom. This frame did not appear to come any larger.

Nice design, but didn't fit well
8 days agoI use progressive lenses. The nose pads on this version of the Round Glasses -- with the P in front of 101235 -- made the frames stick out so far away from my face that I couldn't really see clearly. So I am returning them, and will find a different style. The return process was complicated by the undisclosed long wait times with the "chat" function, which told me it would connect me with a human being "right away" or words to that effect. I ended up calling the 800 number and getting a call back about 45 minutes later, to begin the return process. Also, be advised that the return process requires using a QR code. If you want to print the return label at home, it takes an extra step on the USPS website. I'll still buy from Zenni, but this pair of frames was just not for me.

Love my new glasses
a month agoEasy ordering. The glasses came in less than a week. I love them and have gotten quite a few compliments. People I don’t even know have complimented me on them.
There’s only one thing I have had a challenge with and that is the nose cushions. I haven’t been able to get them adjusted to be comfortable enough yet. Otherwise, they are perfect.
