Broken Frames
a day agoI will say, in the end, everything was made right. The first pair of glasses I got did not work, one of the arms was so messed up it didnt even touch my face,I reached out to costumer service, they told me they just needed to be adjusted(I sent pictures and you can tell by the pictures that adjusting them wasnt going to fix the problem)...did that...still didnt work, then they told me if I sent them back they would send me a new pair, that wouldn't which would mean I would have to wait even longer and I would have the credit to order new ones until I sent the old ones back, that didnt sit right with me, so I pushed a little bit further and they told me that they would send me just the frames and I could switch the lenses out, I was find with this and made due with what I had until they arrived. the new frames were great! I just wish that they started out with that offer to fix it because it would have saved us all ALOT of time and frustration. In the end, I am happy with these glasses.

I hate the glasses I received.
5 months agoI have previously ordered glasses from Zenni and have been happy however, the recent pair of glasses I received did not fit well - they were too big and they looked terrible. I sure hope that I can return them The frames I usually get have been out of stock for several months.
