Just About a Perfect Pair of Glasses
2 days agoAfter getting familiar with the Zenni 'custom' search tool, I was able to narrow things down to the exact size in every dimension. Which leads me to these frames. They're just about a perfect fit. In fact, I think they're a better fit than the older pair I got at my optometrist. And on my head they don't seem as wide as in many people's supplied pictures. It's just right.
The only problem, if you'd call it that, is that the high refractive index lenses don't seem to come in bifocal or progressive versions. Still, for my prescription (-10.25 SPH), these are remarkably thin and light lenses. It makes them surprisingly comfortable to wear.

3 days agoI ordered two pairs of Zenni glasses: one progressive and one distance only. They both arrived perfectly built for my poor eye sight. Zenni glasses are better than an expensive pair I ordered through my doctor's office. They fit great. I can see well out of them. They look in person just like they did when I tried them on virtually.

Good fit, for sunglasses they aren’t very dark
4 days agoI thought I was ordering prescription sunglasses, not going to lie, the ordering process was way more complicated than it should have been. I put in all the number from my latest eye exam, and it still gave me options that were not even close to that size. Getting back to them being sunglasses. If this is your idea of sunglasses, I won’t order again. I was expecting something that actually turned darker than these do. These may be a great option for being in a bright room staring at a computer, but are not a great option for being outdoors long term. Fit ended up being good, but it was an arduous process clicking on a style I thought looked good, only to find out the size wouldn’t work.
