Nice glasses but with a surprise.
6 days agoHello, Received the glasses in good time from Zenni. At first they seemed really great. But I wanted to let you know about a problem that surprised me: When wearing these glasses, my iPhone refuses to see my face for face recognition. I tried to "re-train" the iPhone to recognize my face with the glasses on, but there must be in their algorithm a need to see my eyes. For some reason, the iPhone could not be re-trained to see my face with the glasses on. So, now every time I want to use my phone, I need to lift up my glasses from my eyes and then the iPhone accepts face recognition. This same information will be sent to Apple as well; maybe they can make some kind of change to their software? Thanks for reading my little "rant". Maybe have to order new lenses that allow the phone to recognize me. Most of the time, a person has their hands busy when opening the phone that dis-allows lifting the glasses up to their foreheads to open it which is annoying. Best Regards, OM
