3 months agoThis was my first time ordering from Zenni. The process went smoothly. I had a couple of things I wanted to make sure I understood properly, and the service rep I chatted with was friendly and explained things perfectly.
One thing they could improve is the documentation on the order. Once my order was complete, the paperwork did not detail the options I selected, although the glasses themselves were exactly what I ordered. I would have liked to see details of each option, not just the frames.

I do recommend to also rely upon the dimensions of the glasses, and not just the "Try On" photos, in order to get the perfect fit. This is our "go to" for future glasses. Nothing better out there, in store or otherwise
