Great experience with customer service
2 days agoI placed an order and I received my glasses and there was something really wrong. After looking at my prescription and what I had inputted in the computer, I had made a fatal flaw by putting positive instead of negative on one of the inputs.
I called the company and the customer service gave me full credit even gave me free shipping to return them. They gave me Store credit within days of me sending it back. I changed my prescription and I absolutely love my glasses.
But my question is how many companies would allow you to make a mistake, your mistake and still honor it the way they did!
They have a customer for 4-Life

The worst frames ever!!!
3 days agoBought these back in March of 2026 wear them daily 10-12 hrs 5 days a week. They cracked today just from taking them off. Didn’t even make it past 6 months. Don’t buy these!!!
