Now suddenly my Rx is not compatible??? Why???
2 days agoI ordered these sunglasses twice, once in tortoiseshell and once in black, and had no problems at all! One day, I tried ordering them again with my new prescription, but the website said my cylinder was no longer compatible with the frame. I even tried entering my old prescription again, and it said the same thing!
Now it seems I can’t order any of the sunglasses because supposedly my cylinder is not compatible. So disappointing!
