Disappointing Night Driving Experience
4 days ago I purchased the Zenni Rectangle Sports Glasses with Advanced 1.61 High-Index Night Driving Lenses and Super Hydrophobic Anti-Reflective Coating, hoping to improve my vision and reduce glare while driving at night.
Although the prescription was accurate and my vision was clear, I experienced a very frustrating problem. Every time I looked at headlights, streetlights, or other light sources, even from far away, I could see noticeable blue-colored spots and reflections through the inside of the lenses.
These reflections were extremely distracting, especially on highways, making nighttime driving more difficult instead of easier.
I contacted Zenni Customer Support and provided photos showing the issue. Their team explained that the blue-violet reflections are a normal optical characteristic of the specialized anti-reflective coating used on their night-driving lenses.
While I appreciate their explanation, I find it disappointing that glasses specifically designed for nighttime driving can create additional reflections that interfere with visibility.
My previous prescription glasses never caused this problem. Unfortunately, I decided to return the Zenni glasses because I didn’t feel comfortable or safe using them for nighttime driving.
The frames were nice, and the prescription correction was good, but I cannot recommend these particular night-driving lenses based on my experience.

2 months agoOrder # o7978525485 - I like the material, but am not happy with the nose rest color of black. When I look in the mirror, that's what really stand out. Wish it was clear or light gray (same color as the frame).

So perfect we ordered a second pair!
3 months agoMy husband is super picky for glasses- he works outside in Florida heat and they can’t slide off his face or squeeze head too tight or be too heavy or scratch too easily… you get the picture. These frames stay put, are comfortable and with the impact resistant lenses are exactly what he needs! He had me order a few “spare pairs” in case they go out of stock! He’s a bigger guy so finding frames that fit is like finding a needle in a haystack

Perfect progressives for work, running, cycling.
4 months agoLens have a lot of space for progressives. Had to search around to get PD measurements by a Optician as my eye doctor would not give. I wear these Zunnies all time. Great for mountain biking, running and doing work at computer. I will order a backup pair and still be at 1/2 cost of using my insurance to get the glasses at eye doctor shop.
