Facial recognition lost
14 days agoBackground: I had to return a brand new pair of glasses because my optometrist gave me an incorrect Rx. Zenni’s return process was smooth and easy as could be. I ordered another pair with the right Rx, and I like them a lot. My only problem is that the fancy new infrared-blocking lenses render my iPhone’s facial recognition technology useless. I eventually was able to work around it by disabling my phone’s “require attention” Face ID feature, but that makes my phone less secure. Zenni’s product description should warn consumers about this issue.

Temples constantly loose
24 days agoThe lenses are very good, excellent value, but the screws for the temples do not stay tight, not even for three uses. These glasses do not stay on my face/head well, always in danger of slipping off. A better purchase is Sku 3237814, which I got later. They are very similar but the temple screws stay tight and the glasses stay on my head well.
