Nice glasses, so-so service
10 months agoI am happy with the eye glasses that I received (sun glasses). They seem well made and the Rx is correct. I main issue with Zenni is poor communication regarding the status of order. It did take two weeks from date of order until delivery. This is not terrible, but does seem a bit long for a company that specializes in on-line orders. Further, I only received one update from Zenni regarding the status of my order and nothing from them when the ordered shipped. I had to frequently click on the "check your order status" link in the one email I did receive to follow the progress of my order.
