Very cute, very fragile
3 days agoThese glasses are-- were-- my wife's favorite pair. She has had them for 8.5 months and has been very careful of them (she never even used the folding feature; she's been very precious with them) and today she turned her head to look at something and her glasses suddenly snapped while sitting on her face. The little metal piece connecting one of the lenses to the nosepiece just snapped out of nowhere. She wasn't even touching the frames with her hands or anything, they just broke apropos of nothing. So so sad! I came to the site to check on warranty, and of course it's a measly 30 days for manufacturing defects like this and because she was so careful with them for these past months and the defect didn't show until now, we get no coverage. Only now do I find there's an extended warranty for separate purchase, but I didn't know about it back then. :( We're very sad. I just yesterday recommended Zenni to somebody because I've been a loyal customer for years... but this really put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll need to reach out and let my friend know my recommendation comes with a caveat, now, I guess.

25 days agoCute glasses and love the fit. However, they eventually broke in half and I only had them for about 2 or 3 months. Not sturdy and they did not break in a way that would be easy to repair.
