frame misaligned
8 days agoI ordered these glasses and when I put them on they were misaligned. I contacted customer service and they offered to send a new frame except I had to put them lenses in. WTH? Why would the 2nd pair of frames be aligned properly if the 1st frame was not? Shouldn't Zenni check the frame alignment prior to shipping? I have had multiple frames come misaligned. It is a hassle to have to take time off work to go to the post office to ship the glasses back. Very disappointed.
