3 days agoIs there a return policy? I order a lot, and these have been my biggest concern. So so disappointed. They are not off-white as pictured - very much a rich cream. And mine were mostly brown/black, with a few lighter patches poorly placed smack in the middle between my eyes. Just horrible! I still love you, Zenni, and I'll keep my icon status, but can I get a refund? I can't wear these.

19 days agoThese frames were great but the tortoise color process left weird gaps in the coloring and made it look lile I had a dark mole right between my eyes. I returned them sadly because they were just so distracting.

I had an excellent experience with Zenni Optical from start to finish. The ordering process was simple, and their updated online fitting tool was the highlight of the experience. It accurately measured my pupillary distance and facial features, then recommended the right frame size and fit. The process was quick, easy to use, and incredibly accurate.
I had ordered from Zenni years ago, but at that time I had to measure my pupillary distance myself. Unfortunately, I could never get it quite right, and the glasses didn’t work well for me. Their new online scanning technology has completely changed the experience and made ordering prescription glasses online much more reliable.
When my glasses arrived, I was impressed. They are lightweight, stylish, comfortable, and the prescription is exactly right. The fit matched the online recommendations perfectly.
