different than expected
24 days agohappy with the lenses. delivery was on time. however, the frames are not what i expected. i had previously ordered a specific frame and really like it. so when the option was to “reorder “ i expected them to be the same. but what i got looked significantly different from the previous order. not the end of the world but not great either. thought i was getting tortoise shell, but new ones are a different color (predominantly black). also the lens section is a size or two larger.
i plan to reorder, using a different frame that is closer to my original/previous order .

25 days agoI've been wanting to shop with Zenni for a couple of years now and had my prescription but didn't have the info for pupillary distance to complete my order. Somehow, I missed the video tutorial and the pupillary distance ruler on your website. Recently I obtained the info elsewhere, and went to the Zenni website to order my first pair. The shopping and virtual try-on was easy; the lenses are great quality and maybe even superior to what I've purchased elsewhere (like big box retailers and chain optical stores). It was my first time with Zenni and I will be back. I am looking for a frame style that is a little oversized, thick and artsy, or frames with sparkles/crystals for wearing at nighttime parties. Maybe Zenni will consider some of these styles for the future?
