Shipping issues every single time
6 days agoI have ordered glasses from Zenni Optical three times, and unfortunately, I’ve had shipping issues every single time. My orders did not arrive on time, which has been very frustrating and disappointing.
Each time I contacted customer service for help, they simply told me to contact United States Postal Service (USPS) myself. My shipping address was correct, and I feel there was nothing more I could do on my end. I expected more support from the company instead of being redirected to the delivery carrier.
While the glasses themselves are fine, the repeated shipping problems and lack of customer service support have made the overall experience very disappointing.
