Great, but not what I expected
5 days agoI really like the frame—it’s very lightweight and beautiful. However, I’m a little disappointed with the lenses, especially since they were the main reason for the higher cost.
Based on what I saw on the website, I expected the transition lenses to be completely clear indoors and turn significantly darker, like sunglasses, when exposed to sunlight. Unfortunately, mine barely get darker outside. Indoors, they also have a noticeable blue tint, which I don’t really like. I was expecting clear lenses indoors and much darker lenses in the sun.
Overall, I love the frame, but I’m a bit disappointed with the transition lenses.
Now I’m wondering if there’s an add-on or clip-on option that could turn these into sunglasses. I’ve looked at my previous purchase, but I can’t find an option to add one. Can someone please help me figure out if this is possible?
