I had trouble with the app my first time ordering (it would change my entries). I accidentally ordered the wrong prescription. When I received them I contacted Customer Service, sent them back for credit, and reordered. Excellent return policies!

14 days agoI love the frame, the fit and the light weight. However, I paid extra for transition lenses, and they don't darken at all. So don't pay extra for certain things and I guess test them out first
