a month agoThis was my first time purchasing on Zenni and the outcome was fantastic! I got these frames cause they’re similar to my only other pair of glasses; I got the FL-41 lenses with a 25% tint for my astigmatism; I’ll usually get a headache from indoor lighting, but with these on, it’s so far so good!! Also the packaging is adorable and really sturdy! It came with two little pouches, a case for the glasses, a lense cloth, and an entire bag!
My order was also delayed due to the snow storm, and since it was my first time purchasing from here, I was a bit worried; so I reached out to customer service and told them my concerns; I got a reply within 24hr that was lengthy and detailed; they were super helpful and courteous; thank you guys for the communication and thank you for these lovely glasses; I’ll definitely be coming back to buy more in the future!
