Great Experience, Except for One Thing
21 days agoGreat experience -- shopping to delivery & wearing my new glasses for 1 week. After 1-1/2 weeks, the coating chipped, so that's a bummy & disappointing. Still, I highly recommend Zenni, as it was the first online retailer I purchased from -- abt 20 years ago! My next pair I will opt out of the anti-reflective coating though.

a month agoI have been a die hard Zenni customer for maybe 20 years. I ordered these same frames 3 years ago and they have been my favorite everyday glasses since the day they arrived. I ordered a new pair of the exact frame this month because I wanted my every day glasses to also have transitions lenses.
They just arrived and my heart sank. My old frames have a beautiful deep glossy black finish. These new frames look like matte gunmetal. Not black. Not glossy. Is this a quality control mistake? Or has the quality changed? I will be writing to customer service.
