Nice wide aviator look
9 months agoi got these with the night driving lens. Has a nice wide aviator look, almost too big but the small 13 bridge holds it in place. exactly what i was looking for, I don't want it moving when i'm driving. I do wish the tortoise shell design was full instead of just partial, it kind of looks like it was glued on when you look at it up close because it protrudes out about 1/16 of an inch. or maybe just remove it altogether to reduce weight.
not really the frame's fault, but i have a high prescription and the night driving lens only goes up to 1.61 index, which means the glasses are a little front heavy, and I do slightly get that coke bottle look.
these would definitely look better in a photochromic lens or a sunglasses tint. i might get the red one in a transitions next. I only bought these brown ones for driving at night. although with the red version, they inverted the pattern.
on a side note, it came with an extra black case for free. I guess thats good since the stock purple zenni glass cases barely fits it lol, its that big.
