8 years agoI love my new glasses and I love Zenni! I ordered 2 pair of glasses that got lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and they told me they'd investigate, they followed up in a few days. (I was skeptical ) It took about another 3 weeks but when I finally got my glasses I was very pleased!
