13 years agoI use these for my reading glass prescription. I got the anti-glare addition - which makes a HUGE difference in reducing eyestrain. You'd be surprised how many tiny glares and light flares constantly irritate the eye when this coating isn't there. Anyway - these glasses are really a fantastic buy. They're the lowest price on the site, but they're every bit as strong feeling, cute, and sturdy as any glasses I tried on at my eye doctor's eyeglass shop. The frames are actually quite cute. They could work equally well for men or women, I think. One big advantage to these glasses is that the lens size is a bit taller than some - this is GREAT! The little extra lens height offers a much larger field of view. For example, when I use slightly smaller lenses when at my computer, I have to tip my head more often as I read downward on the screen. This slightly larger lens means I can scan down the page further with my eye without having to tip my head. Therefore I tend to forget I'm even wearing the glasses, because I don't have to constantly adjust my head to see better out of them. Yet the lenses aren't strangely large at all - they look quite nice. The prescription is spot on too. A fantastic buy. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
