Zenni Optical and Transitions Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PRIZE DRAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
The prize draw is open to legal residents of the United States over the age of 18. The prize draw is not open to anyone directly connected with this prize draw. Employees of Zenni Optical, Inc. (“Promoter”) or Transitions Optical Ltd. may not enter the prize draw.
Entry into this prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these rules, terms and conditions.
Only one entry per person.
The prize draw opens at 5:00am PST on November 3rd, 2024.
The prize draw closes at 5:00am PST on December 2nd, 2024. Entries received after this time and date will not be considered.
Entrants who submit their details via the online form shall be entered into the prize draw.
Every valid entry is entered into a prize draw where entrants could win 1 of 5 $500 Zenni vouchers.
5 winners will be selected from valid entries.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winners will be selected within 10 working days of the closing date and will be notified using the email address provided by the participant upon agreeing to enter the prize draw.
If a winner does not respond within 28 days of notification to claim their prize and does not do so after reasonable efforts are made to contact them then an alternative winner will be selected by a random draw.
All dates are subject to change.
The prize will be 1 of 5 $500 Zenni vouchers.
Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent prize without notice.
