17 days agoThis was my first time ordering from Zenni. The process went smoothly. I had a couple of things I wanted to make sure I understood properly, and the service rep I chatted with was friendly and explained things perfectly.
One thing they could improve is the documentation on the order. Once my order was complete, the paperwork did not detail the options I selected, although the glasses themselves were exactly what I ordered. I would have liked to see details of each option, not just the frames.
