bridge too low to fit face
11 years agoRound 2 trying to find new desk glasses. These had the right size lenses but sat so high on my face that I was no-longer looking though the center focal point. No amount of adjusting helped. They also had extremely painful nose pads. Returned.

Poorly made. Flawed lens.
12 years agoNormally V satisfied but this time glasses were poor. Lenses held in place by a piece of fraying plastic string. Air bubble in one lens. Called & met with very stern, disbelieving & frankly rude cust service. Told me I had to buy new pair & they would 'assess' claim. Sorry Zenn: you lost a customer.

12 years agoI have had these glasses for 3 years. I got them with progressive no line lenses for computer/office work. I really like them and would buy them again. They are light weight and comfortable for all day wear. I now have 4 pairs of glasses from Zenni. I love them all. Great company!!!
