2 months agoI had to return a pair of glasses to have the Rx done properly (which I have never had to do) and I have used Zenni for probably 20 years. My new insurance won't reimburse purchases from Zenni, but that won't stop me from purchasing from them. I still trust them!

While the prescription didn't work out for me, but Zenni customer service was very helpful in sorting it out. I really appreciate the ability to search by frame measurements! Please keep it up!
