I really like the look and lens quality of these glasses, fit was so so
4 days agoTo me they didn't feel featherlight but a bit on the heavy side. They kept creeping down my nose and decided to alter the temples by soaking in hot water and bending them until they fit. Maybe the medium was too large for my face but I kept them despite the initial poor fit.

pretty but terrible fit I can’t fix
6 days agoI ordered based on the same measurements I always did that fit well. This came with a nose bridge that is uncomfortable that leave red injury on my nose due to improper weight holding and these hinges on the side that hold the arms far past 90 degrees, making them too big so that they fall off my head every time I look down and sit unevenly on my face so I can’t see.
It really is absurd how far the hinge makes the arms go out- not sure how it could fit anyone without the glasses themselves looking weird!
NEVER had this problem before and I have been wearing glasses for 40 years.
My glasses were $160 because I have a high rx and need the thinnest lenses they make, so it’s really frustrating to think I have to spend another huge amount of money due to nonfunctional glasses. (customer service didn’t even respond)
Makes me not want to return to Zenni but even if you are shopping here do NOT get these unless you have a very big head far past the measurements it claims.

I ended up returning them because I didn't like the size , so I got in touch with a rep, they offered a refund or a credit. They were completely professional and courteous. I ordered another pair, received them in a week. I absolutely love them!! I will use "Zenni" again and again. I have referred many of my clients to them as well. Thank you Zenni!
