a day agoThese sunglasses are beautiful but that's not the main reason I'm writing this review. I ordered these a while ago and they were shipped through USPS. USPS marked them as delivered but no one came to my apartment, delivered them to my mailbox, or delivered the package to the security in my building. I reached out to Zenni and told them about the situation. After discussing options, I asked them to send another pair of glasses through UPS or Fedex instead of the post office. They sent them through Fedex with no additional cost to me. I received them and I absolutely love them. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service, Zenni! Very happy customer.

a day agoThe glasses are lovely. They are a little wider than I expected so I am constantly pushing them up. Overall, for the price I have paid in the past at my local eye dr., I will buy again from Zenni. The lenses were made correctly. I will pay more attention to measurements on the next pair.
