4 days agoI ordered the exact same glasses that I previously ordered two and a half years ago. The new pair came with a bent nose piece, a crazy wide arm , and some big plastic blobs behind the screws on the lenses that are really noticeable when you wear them. The only thing that changed on the specs is that the frames are supposedly 1 mm narrower. I'm disappointed and I wonder if the quality goes down this much every two years, how bad will it be next time I order. Here's a few photos of my old and new pair side by side. I forgot to take a picture of the nose piece before I fixed it. The plastic blobs don't look so bad in the pictures; they look much worse on the face. If you want these glasses, yes they still look okay just a bit cheap. And, heads up if you've ordered previously; expect some quality decline.

I Had High Hopes
15 days agoThese looked lovely when I first got them. I soon realized how easily bent the arms were, and how difficult it is to re-adjust them once they are bent and crooked. A small plastic part on theinner end of the right arm somehow came off and has exposed a metal Z (for Zenni) underneath and it has reacted with the skin on my head behind my ear, now chronically itchy and painful. I really love the idea of these glasses, I like the shape of the lenses I chose (kind of like diamonds) and I really like the colour of the metal (a subtle pink). They are unfortunately my only pair of glasses until I can afford to order a new pair. I have covered the exposed metal Z with a piece of a bandaid, but it still irritates my skin. I'm not sure whether to ask a doctor if there is a cream or something I can apply to help it heal. If anyone has experience with this, I'd gladly accept suggestions, as it has been a few weeks like this. Sorry for the poor review, I had high hopes for this sweet pair of glasses.

LOVE is in the air!
a month agoLove these glasses! Zenni nailed my prescription, and the glasses themselves are so cute yet subtle. I also like that the lens is far enough from my face that my cheeks don’t rub them when I smile (something I frequently encounter with other frames). I even got a second pair in pink for my work/ computer prescription. The shipping came much sooner than estimated. My only “complaint” if it can be called that, is that all of my peripheral vision falls outside the lens, which isn’t a big deal, but something I will need to adjust to, as usually my lenses are pretty big. Overall a great experience!
