If you have store credit in your account, you are halfway to a brand-new look! We want to make sure the checkout process is as smooth as possible so you can focus on the fun part: picking out your favorite frames.

Follow these simple steps to apply your credit and enjoy your next pair of Zennis.

How to Apply Your Store Credit

  1. Fill Your Cart: Choose your favorite frames and lens options (like Trivex® or Blokz®), add them to your cart, and click Checkout.

  2. Enter Shipping Details: Fill in your shipping information as you normally would.

  3. Find Your Credit: Under the Payment Details section, you will see your available Store Credit amount. Simply click Apply.

  4. Review the Balance: If your store credit covers the entire purchase, you are all set! Any leftover balance will stay in your account for your next shopping trip.

    • If your credit does not cover the full amount, just input an additional payment method (like a credit card or PayPal) for the remaining balance.

  5. Confirm and Celebrate: Once everything looks correct, click Place Order.

Store credit is applied directly to the Zenni account used to place the order, and can be spread across multiple orders. All store credit will be deemed invalid after two (2) years from the date of issuance.

  • Your store credit balance is available on your Account Overview page or during checkout under the Payment Details section.

  • Store credit can be applied during checkout under the Payment Details section.

  • Once used, any store credit amount applied as payment can only be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding shipping.

  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be applied as payment for gift card purchases.
