3 years agoAlmost a whole 6 years later! I just scratched the lens of my glasses while trying to clean them. I bought them January of 2018. I just received a new prescription not too far off from my last so I can use them until i receive the new pair. The arm broke over a year ago and i had to super glue the nail in and i never had another issue. Best purchase ever. I didn't expect them to see as good as i did once i opened them and put them on. I can't wait for my new pair.

6 years agoI fell more in love with these glasses when they finally came. Needed a day or two to get use to my prescription in a different frame but after that it was all clear. I get loads of compliments with these as well.

6 years agoMy husband helped me choose this pair out of all that I had in my favorites. The look is definitely different than I usually choose, but that's what I wanted. It definitely brought me out of my comfort zone but I absolutely love these!

7 years agoPurchased these with tinted polarized lenses. When they arrived the lenses were sticking out of the frames at the top and even though I tried pushing them back into the frame they just continuously pop out and leave a noticeable gap at the top off the frame. I contacted customer service who told me to try taking the lenses out and then putting them back in and if that did not work to contact them again. It did not work and so I contacted them again however it took them several days to get back to me and their decision to resolve it was that they would send me a new pair. It is my belief that the lenses are too thick and too curved to fit in these frames because the frames are very rigid and straight. I waited a month and finally received the new ones however they have the same problem just not quite as bad as the first pair- I think they look ridiculous to wear them like that and wish I had saved my time and money a bought them elsewhere. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with Zenni glasses however the first time the problem was resolved and I ended up quite happy, this time not so much. Though I must say if they did not have this problem I would probably like them very much! Also must add that due to the delay in receiving the replacement pair Zenni did provide me with 25% off my next purchase and free shipping so that is very nice though I am still left with glasses I do not like because of a manufacturing error and almost 2 months of time spent going back and forth with zenni and waiting for sunglasses that I really do need.
