Attractive glasses for a great price!
I'm a first-time online buyer of Zenni glasses. I wasn't sure I could find something I really liked without trying them on in person, but the virtual try-on feature on the website really helped! The first pair I ordered was a size M and although I liked the frame, they were too wide for my face. I returned those (a very easy process!) and was given credit to put towards another pair. The pair I ordered, the espresso Rectangle Glasses, are a warm color with some lighter flecks and have a very slight cat-eye lift, with a little bit of a rounder lens, compared to a very straight rectangle. They have plenty of room for my progressive prescription. My only issue is that they could fit a bit snugger on my nose. But all in all, I'm happy with the way they look and fit and would recommend Zenni to others.

Perfect for my very small, narrow face.
I have a lot of trouble finding glasses that aren't too overwhelming on my small, narrow face. I'm so happy I found these. They are lightweight even with my high prescription and look great. I've had them for months and wear them all day, every day. They seem just as well made as glasses I have bought from my optician for much more money.

Perfect fit and great for Progressive prescription
4 years ago
I needed another pair of everyday neutral glasses and these are perfect for that. They fit great and were the perfect size for mid-range progressive prescription. I gave this a 4 just because I would also order them in Onyx or Smoke, but they aren't available in those colors any longer. :(

Style is good, but arms arrived stretched out
4 years ago
I'll start by saying I can't return these because I already had made a return twice due to issues with other pairs, so I can't get my money back anyway. The style is really nice - they look classy. Darker than shown, like a dark brown tortoiseshell and mine weren't splotchy colored or anything. Slight cat eye look which is flattering, and feminine. I have a smaller face (narrow/long) and these aren't too overwhelming. I will tell you as a long-time zenni customer that every measurement matters, for all their glasses you see online. Just because a pair looks "cute", there is a reason they list them small, medium, large etc. You need to know what fits your specific face or it will look weird. Even down to the length of the arms based upon where your ears are. This makes ordering online risky, but over time you learn what works for you and you generally can stay within those measurements and get a decent pair. I ordered these in my "Usual" frame width size that works well for my face. There are ways to adjust the glasses to fit, .. for example if they slide down your nose, you can heat up the curve in the arms to bend more to stay on your ears. This pair, however, arrived with the arms so splayed out (stretched out to the sides) that there is no adjustment I can make on them to make them tighter on my face. The arms point "outwards" instead of straight back, if that makes sense. Like a W. I've tried adjusting at the hinges but I think it's just how they were made. If I try to take pliers to bend at the hinges, it will snap the plastic because they are embedded in the plastic. This pair even has spring hinges, but it doesn't help because the arms don't go straight back to the sides of my head. I was careful to select this pair because i have another zenni pair with nearly identical measurements, for my face size. It just is hit or miss with Zenni, but worth the risk usually because of the savings. Even if you return a pair or two, and lose money on shipping, you are still probably paying less in the end. I'm hoping to take these to a professional optician to adjust. This is my first pair from zenni that "should've" fit, but didn't because of some weird quirk in the manufacturing.
