First time user- Perfect - better than optical shop.

I'm and old guy, reluctant online buyer, but grandchild's been using Zenni for years, so I tried it. It only took two things: a) the details from your eyeglass prescription; make sure you ask the MD what is your PD (pupillary distance is a number measuring distance between pupils) and b) a bit of time to enter it on your computer (or phone, I suppose). High quality, frame I really like, took a couple of weeks to deliver. Better quality and just as fast as my last year pair from the local optical shop...and much less expensive, even with transitions, pregressive, anti glare, anti scratch. Highly recommend.

The more expensive the frames, the flimsier they are. I HATED the customer service experience.

Oleophobic is a lie
This is my second time getting the Premium Oleophobic coating to prevent fingerprint and oil build up. I thought maybe it was just a fluke with my previous lenses but here I am again constantly cleaning these things. They get super smudgy if even my bangs fall down and touch the lens. Everything builds up right around the rims too which is harder to clean than the center of the lens. Would not recommend getting the Oleophobic coating. The lenses themselves do what I need them too but it seems to be an issue with Zenni frames constantly loosening up. The 1.61 Blokz High-Index are pretty great but the add on clips I got are a pain. When the sun is really bright I can see my eyes being reflected onto the sunglasses clip on and it's really distracting. WOuld not recommend getting those.
