I had such high hopes
2 months agoI ordered my glasses 7/3, paid for express shipping, received glasses 7/17. I was very excited to receive my first pair of Zenni glasses because I have heard such great reviews from my family members. We all wear glasses. I was also excited to save so much money. My eye doctor was asking $590 for prescription polarized sunglasses that require upgrades because my script is pretty strong. Zenni charge a reasonable $155ish, $175 after rush shipping. My glasses didn't arrive in any particular hurry and when they arrive, the right lens is popping out. Unseated is my best way to describe how the lens comes out of the frame. It doesn't completely fall out but it becomes dislodged. I contacted customer service, I sent a video, and receive communication they cannot identify an issue. I hope to rectify the issue with a return and refund and I'll try choosing another set of sunglasses.
