6 years agoWithin two weeks of getting my glasses, a nose pad fell off due to the screw falling out. If you read the reviews, this problem is really commonplace for these frames. I also found that the vision provided from these glasses isn't as good as a similar pair I ordered from Zenni. Fashionable, but not quality.

6 years agoI have been wearing these frames for two weeks, and one of the nose pads has already fallen off. Unlike the first pair of glasses I bought on this site, the frames never felt quite right. I am attempting to have a new nose pad sent to me from Zenni: this opportunity to find out about customer service wasn't one I was expecting to have this soon, but I hope that they will do right.

7 years agoI was nervous about buying my first pair of glasses online but my friends unanimously suggested Zenni! I was not at all disappointed, my glasses fit perfectly, my prescription is spot on and best of all I got the deluxe package with just about everything you can imagine for about $200 less than I would have at the cheapest place near me for the same product. Zenni has a new long time customer! At these prices I can have a few pairs each year!
