Many types of eyeglasses go in and out of style. Take oversized metal aviators – please! – which were ubiquitous in the '70s but are not worn too often today, except ironically. However, some designs are always in style, like this classic, round, full-rim, narrow, metal Unisex eyeglasses frame. These were the glasses people wore when full-rim glasses were invented, and they've been popular ever since. They're available in an array of colors: silver, gray, gold, brown, and black. But please be advised that we don't carry clip-on sunshades for this shape. No matter. They're super inexpensive at $9.95, so you can likely afford to get one pair (or more) as clear glasses and one pair (or more) as sunglasses. Take note of this, too: The frame's width is 126 mm, nice and narrow, with a lens width of 41 mm. Our frame model 5500 is basically the same frame, but it's slightly wider, at 131 mm. (That's because the lens is slightly wider, at 43 mm.) It comes in all the same colors as this frame, except gold. Both have spring hinges on the temple arms. Those never go out of style, either.
